NoBroker - Manager - Customer Success (3-10 yrs)
1. Hold product demonstrations for customers
2. Leading the City Operations of your own vertical of NoBrokerHood by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
3. Manage a team of Key Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and responsible for overall team performance.
4. Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
5. Utilising high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 10X growth
6. Identifying, experimenting and executing innovative ideas for stabilizing the post sales services.
7. 6 Days Working with Weekends compulsory working
8. Female Candidate is Preferred, but not mandatory
9. Sales / Upsell Experience is Needed, Previously Worked in SAS Environment is a plus
10. Should be able to communicate, explain properly to customers and convince them how our product is better than others in the Market
