Responsibilities :
- Build and manage the overall lead nurturing process
- Design and execute plans to reach sales and site-visit target
- Track, Analyse and Report key metrics data on a regular interval
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Presales and Field sales team
- To ensure process adherence across the team
- To hire and train a team of Relationship Manager and Unit Leader
Desired Candidate & Skills :
- Prior team management experience
- Strong sales background in an individual capacity
- Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills
- B2C sales experience is preferred
