FIELD RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
1. Candidate will have to travel in and around 10-15 km radius
2. Will have to visit 4-5 customer places daily
3. Will have to do inspection and consult the customer about the service
Skill Set :
- Good communication skills.
- Interact with customers in-person, over the phone; e-mail; chat; WhatsApp and assist the customer by handling their queries and feedback.
- Speak to owners of the properties and fix appointments with them for the collection of keys and property pictures. Enhance the firm's brand reputation in your interactions.
- Taking care of meetings scheduled by the RM and showing prospective tenants the property.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing clients by providing required services to them in a timely manner.

1. What would be the petrol allowance ? As per the defined guidelines, we inform the candidates that it would be upto Rs.3000, however most candidates come back to us post interview discussion, stating that it is upto Rs. 5000.
- Yes, As of now petrol allowance is 200 rupees per day for working days so it is similar to 5000/month.
2. Should the FRM candidate report to office everyday ? How is their attendance tracked ?
- No they don't need to report to office, their attendance will be monitored manually by his reporting manager and as per his productivity in which he will have to do a minimum 1 visit. If one visit is not coming then UH will manually share his attendance.
3. Will the OJT happen from office or should they report to office. Please specify if this holds good for all location candidates.
- OJT for Bangalore candidate can be in office but we are doing it Online now a days for other city candidates, In OJT session FRM has to attend 2 days of training by the trainer and post that he will be assign to his reporting manager who will give him Field training unit he learned everything, maximum training time is 1 Week.
4. What is the duration of OTJ ?
- OJT duration considered till 3 months from DOJ in which we closely monitored FRM performance.
