Job Title : Enterprise Field Sales Intern
Job Summary :
The Sales Intern will support the sales team in various tasks, gaining insight into the sales process and developing practical skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales strategies. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales, offering a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and field visits Support the sales team in qualifying leads and setting up meetings.
- Client Interaction : Participate in calls and meetings with potential clients to learn about the sales process. Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for client meetings.
- Sales Support : Help maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales activities. Assist in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports for the sales team.
- Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities. Provide insights and data to the sales team to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Product Knowledge : Learn about the company's products or services to effectively assist in sales activities. Stay informed about updates and changes to product offerings.
- Administrative Tasks : Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales materials, and coordinating with other departments. Help with data entry and document management related to sales activities.
- Training & Development : Participate in training sessions to develop sales skills and knowledge. Work closely with a mentor or sales professional to gain hands-on experience.
Qualifications :
- Education : Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Attributes : Eager to learn and motivated to succeed in a sales environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements :
- Availability for 2-3months internship period.
- Two Wheeler and Driving License
