NoBroker.com is a Bangalore based real estate search portal that connects flat owners and tenants directly with each other. The company does not charge any brokerage from either parties. Founded in 2014, the company has 4 lac users, which it claims are genuine owners and home seekers. It is operational in 5 cities namely, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and Gurugram. With a cumulative 35 lakh customers, it has grown 10X in the last one year. With three rounds of funding of $20 mn, it is well funded by key Indian, Japanese & Korean investors like SAIF Partners, KTB ventures and BeeNext. It is headquartered in Bangalore with a team of 500+ people. NoBroker.com created an algorithm which identifies and bans brokers from the portal. We offer services like creating and registering rental agreements and getting it home delivered, Buy/Sell, Packers & Movers. We also have an Android app with a crowdsourcing feature called 'click and learn.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong outbound Tele-sales Experience.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytic ability.
- Decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and strict time guide lines.
- Graduates would be preferred.
Language Preference : English & Hindi mandate + Kannada/Tamil or Marathi preferred.
