Job Description:-
1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in terms of resolution.
3. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.
4. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
5. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
