Requirements :

1. 1-3 years of customer-facing/inside sales role.

2. Good interpersonal skills, analytical and follow up skills.

3. Cold calls to prospects.

3. Quick learner and open to learning new channel processes.

4. Ability to collate requirements post the call with the customer.

5. Good working knowledge about home interior design and products would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

1. Reach out to prospective customers and discuss the interior offerings by Nobroker.com

2. Making sure that the quality of calls is high and requirements are taken in detail.

3. Understanding of the scope of work.

4. Follow up with the internal team to ensure appropriate action.

5. Make reminder calls and send follow up emails and schedule appointments for the site measurements.
