About the role :

- As part of the leadership team, you will audit, overlook and implement all operations initiatives for the organisation and efficiently manage teammates as well as inventory.

- Leading the City Operations Team of NoBrokerHood by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.

- Manage a team of Key Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and responsible for overall operations efficiency of the team and city.

- Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.

- Utilising high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 10X growth

- Identifying, experimenting and executing innovative ideas for stabilising the post sales services.

- Takes ownership and accountability for payment collection and asset reconciliation.

Desired Skills :

- Graduation in any field

- Proven field operations experience

- Team management skills to manage a field sales team

- Total Experience of 4 to 6 years with team management experience of minimum 2 years
