NoBroker - Customer Service Professional (0-3 yrs)
Job Title: Customer Service Expert L-1
Location: Pan India (Work From Home)
Salary: - 12,000 (in-hand) + - 2,000 (net allowance) + incentives
Requirements- :
Education : 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduates, Postgraduates (0-3 years of experience).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Language : English + Hindi + Kannada/Telugu/Tamil.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Flexible for day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM-10 PM) and 6-day work weeks.
- Must have a laptop with a webcam, good internet, and power backup.
Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with paid customers and address their needs.
- Assist customers in finding tenants/homes and keep them updated.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and negotiate on behalf of customers.
- Follow communication guidelines to deliver excellent service.
Training: Provided for process understanding.
