Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing the team of Sales Managers and executives
- Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the team and sales conversion targets
- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Developing and Maintaining the healthy & long term relationship with Builders partners
- Active participation in deal closures
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly cluster level sales plan
- Recruit and train sales managers for city expansion
Desired Candidate & Skills :
- Prior team management experience
- Strong sales background in an individual capacity
- Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills
- B2C sales experience is preferred
- Prior experience in target driven role
