NoBroker - City Manager - Sales - HS Painting (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1) Handling team of 10-12 on roll field people to drive sales
2) Supply Onboarding for all Home Service Categories
3) NPS (delivering amazing customer experience)
4) City manager will be responsible for the rapid city business growth.
5) Conduct onboarding and regular training of the field ops team
6)Build and grow a best-in-class partner network across the city
- Monitor processes and improve service quality provided by partners.
7) Define the day-to-day responsibilities of the team, set up reporting structures, and monitor metrics on a regular basis.
8) Implement new tools created by the Tech team and drive usage.
We are looking for someone who is :
1) Hungry to learn and have the ambition to grow fast
2) Having 2-4 experience (BD/Ops) in any startup (preferably B2C)
