About the Role :
NoBroker is a disruptive real-estate platform that makes it possible to buy/ sell/ rent a house without paying any brokerage. We help real estate developers connect with potential buyers basis the customer need-based data insights. As Business Development Manager, your role will start with meeting potential developers, pitching NoBroker value proposition, on-Boarding them on our platform, further maintaining business relations to generate future business and manage revenue cycles.
As a City Head- BD, you will be responsible for :
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target developer organizations for business development.
- Interfacing with developer clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales
- Extremely effective business networking
- Developing plans and value added solutions to assure targets or goals are achieved
- Conceptualizing & implementing development strategies for acquiring business from clients and effectively using existing accounts.
- Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members
Key Skills/ Qualities :
- Excellent understanding of B2B relationship/ key account management requirements
- Individual ability to identify, convert, close and maintain sales opportunities
- Ability to manage team and cross functional stakeholders expectations e.g. sales, pre sales and strategy
- Familiar with negative/positive gearing strategies
- Ability to meet KPI's through solution-based selling
- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Analytical bent of mind to solve business problems; Visible track of data backed decision making
- Experience in the Real Estate industry ( if applicable)
