NoBroker - Business Development Service Champion (1-2 yrs)
Job brief :
We are looking for a talented and competitive female candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience in a business development role.
Responsibilities
- Generate fresh leads and accelerate pipeline development, in the identification, management and conversion of prospective clients.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements and communicate back to management
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate managers for further development and closure
- Research online accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory/vertical
- Maintain spreadsheets and effective communication through regular reporting to concerned teams
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent. Preferred MBA.
- Experience in Real Estate/Corporate Sales not mandatory but would be a huge plus
