NoBroker - Business Development Manger (1-2 yrs)
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Work Location - Gurgaon
- Cold call and follow up on business leads as and when required.
- Manage and update corporate channel database and customer relationship management systems.
- Co-ordinate with operations team for timely execution and progress tracking.
- Help organize marketing events and activation within corporate.
- Ensure proper deployment of promoters to achieve marketing objectives.
- Support the business and marketing team in administrative tasks.
- Help organize marketing events and BTL activities within corporate, societies and other OOH channels.
- Take care of the end-to-end execution process by effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish a reliable pipeline of agencies and maintain good relations.
- Ensure proper deployment of promoters to achieve marketing objectives.
- Work with branding and marketing team to create necessary marketing collateral for BTL activities.
- Support the business and marketing team in administrative tasks.
- Facilitate integration with other departments.
- Develop and maintain reports to measure all aspects of marketing activities including effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
- Keeps management informed through data analysis, interpreting marketing data and making recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA (Marketing) or experience in Sales and BD
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-Motivated and organized
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Should be a team player
- Committed and detail oriented.
Remuneration : 22,000 to 23,000 net plus incentives.
