Apart from catering to all the society's needs like complaint management, gate entry, maintenance bill payments, and digital notice board, it also has features like Marketplace, home services and more. Since our start in late 2018, NoBrokerHood is currently securing 15,000+ societies under its hood.

About the role :

It is about generating sales and solving customers' problems with regard to marketing/advertising. You will work as an extended marketing arm of the brands and all the actions strongly exhibit a Customer-First approach. The primary role is to identify potential brands/companies, onboard new clients, and ensure the retention of existing ones. In the process of onboarding and retention, you are also exposed to campaign planning and execution based on the client's brief & handling the team, driving them to achieve the desired numbers.

Job Description :

The role has 2 distinct areas of responsibility :

- Day to Day work

- Relationship Management

You Are Expected To :

- Identify new brand/company basis trends, market knowledge, current advertisers

- Handling the team of brand manager's & along with the individual contribution, Ensuring the assigned goal is achieved.

- Responsible for the complete closure of the brand starting from the onboarding process.

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Reach out and make connections with identified brand/company

- Understanding clients business, identifying their marketing problems, and collecting the marketing campaign brief

- Plan the advertising campaign basis the brief and get a go-ahead from clients to execute the advertising campaign

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the campaigns are performing/executed as per the commitment.

- Coordinate with clients for smooth flow of work and reporting of ongoing advertising campaigns

- Ensuring that the monthly/yearly revenues targets are being achieved

- Preparing Daily Task Reports

- The work hours are equally split between - answering emails/calls and campaign execution & campaign planning

- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

- Relationship Management

- Forge strong business relationships with the clients

- Build a culture of high performance & innovation in the team

Experience and skills required :

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills :

- Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager for Min 2 years

- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.

- Outstanding communication skills.

- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

- Degree in marketing or a related field.


Max Budget : 7.0 L + 72 K + 1.5 L Variable
