Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Program Manager (APM) with a strong sales background to join our OPS team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in negotiating and retaining societies that have been approached by competitors and proactively securing new partnerships. This role requires a sharp business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with society management committees.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage & Retain Societies : Actively engage with societies approached by competitors, present compelling counter-offers, and retain them within the NoBrokerHood ecosystem.

Sales Negotiations : Leverage your sales expertise to drive negotiations, address concerns, and secure partnerships with new and existing societies.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop retention strategies that address society needs, ensuring we offer competitive value.

Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with society management committees, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions to prevent churn.

Market Intelligence : Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and offers, and use this knowledge to fortify NoBrokerHood's position in the market.

Performance Tracking : Monitor retention metrics, and performance against targets, and prepare reports for senior management on key accounts.

Key Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within SaaS, real estate, or community management sectors.

- Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals with high-stakes clients.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with community management platforms like NoBrokerHood and others is a plus.
