NobleServe Systems - Business Development Role - US Mortgage (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Generate business leads through Cold Calling, emailing, Social Sites.,etc and following up on sales opportunities.
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Establishing customer's needs and selling service accordingly.
- Working on weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Fixing appointments and Converting to Closure.
- Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
Requirements :
- Previous experience ideally in B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of Converting new leads and natural ability to drive sales.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Very good communication skills. (Verbal & Written)
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently or as active member of a team.
- Willing to work in Shifts
