Nobel Hygiene - Senior Executive - Digital Marketing (4-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
- Perform keyword research to optimize content and landing pages for search engines.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and industry changes to ensure high SERP rankings.
- Oversee the website's content management system (CMS) ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Coordinate with the development team to maintain website functionality, speed, and overall performance.
- Ensure the website is updated regularly with fresh content aligned with digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages for conversions and monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
2. Agency Partner Management :
- Facilitate clear communication between agencies, production houses, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies.
- Manage agency pitch processes, scope of work, and contracts.
- Oversee agency performance, providing feedback and guidance.
3. Production House Management :
- Partner with production houses for digital, and social content.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure production alignment.
- Ensure high-quality content delivery.
4. Media Planning & Execution :
- Plan and manage digital media campaigns (Google Ads, display ads, retargeting) across various platforms.
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive media strategies.
- Track media spend, performance, and ROI to ensure effective budget allocation.
- Analyze results from paid media campaigns to recommend improvements for future initiatives.
5. Social Media Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, platforms, and tools to identify new opportunities.
- Create content calendars and oversee content creation and posting across all relevant platforms.
- Engage with online communities and respond to queries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Track and report social media KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall digital strategy.
6. Digital Commerce (DC) Sales :
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms and third-party sellers.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, promotions, and digital campaigns to drive online sales.
- Use analytics to track conversion rates, identify gaps, and improve e-commerce performance.
Education Qualification required :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, media planning, D2C and social media management.
