From finding domestic help to monitoring visitor entry and maintenance or utility bill payment, it's all done from your phone. It also further strengthens the safety of your society by keeping visual and digital records of all entries and exits - accessible anytime and anywhere - and automates staff entry through a facial recognition or biometric process
About the role :
- Hold product demonstrations for customers
- Leading the City Operations of your own vertical of NoBrokerHood by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
- Manage a team of Key Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and responsible for overall team performance.
- Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
- Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 10X growth
- Identifying, experimenting and executing innovative ideas for stabilizing the post sales services.
- 6 Days Working with Weekends compulsory working
- Female Candidate is Preferred, but not mandatory
- Sales / Upsell Experience is Needed, Previously Worked in SAS Environment is a plus
- Should be able to communicate, explain properly to customers and convince them how our product is better than others in the Market
Desired Skills:
- Graduation in any field
- Proven operations/sales experience
- Team management skills to manage team
- Total Experience of 3 to 7 years with team management experience of minimum 1 years
