Job Description :
- Daily connect with the existing NBH society to understand the requirement and monetization request and what all we can do in terms of Marketing activities and channels we are already having with us.
- Regularly connect with the brand team to see what all brands they have, what all requirements and what activities are feasible to achieve.
- Payment processing to the community with the details they captured while taking the blanket approval for all marketing channels.
- Retain the brand and ask for more activities for the recurring model to get brand retention and mint more revenue.
- Proper analysis and metrics report to be made post every activity to give the minutes of activity and understand scope of improvement.
- Can also think of multiple new ways of marketing channels to be initiated or added to the existing brand as an offering.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven working experience in B2B / B2C hardcore sales.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
-Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
