BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIRM:

NN4Energy has raised investment from Mytrah Energy and is now a group company of Mytrah. Mytrah Energy is a large renewable energy IPP with over 2,000 MW of operational and under implementation wind and solar energy in India. The group is professionally managed, privately owned and takes a long-term view of business, guided by strong corporate values and high ethical standards. Mytrah Energy Limited (MEL) was listed on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange in 2010 until it was de-listed in June 2018. In 2010 MEL raised $80 million from institutional investors such as Capital Group, Blackrock and Henderson. Since then it has raised $1 Billion of mezzanine and senior debt for construction of projects. Mytrah group is the only large renewable IPP which has employee ownership through stock option upto 10% of the company.

NN4Energy is a platform to deliver differentiated energy solutions that unlock value for our customers. We identify discontinuities in the energy market, and thereafter conceptualizes and structures an end to end solution for its customers. We have conceptualized and developed many innovative solutions, a first of its kind in the industry. Ravi Kailas (Chairman Mytrah) and Vikram Kailas (MD, Mytrah) and Ankit Singhvi (CEO, NN4Energy) constitute the board of NN4Energy. Ankit Singhvi is an IIT-Bombay graduate with post-graduation from Harvard Business School with significant international and domestic experience.

ELECTRIC MOBILITY BUSINESS :

- We are the pioneering introduction of electric buses in India. While the whole world is embracing electric vehicle technology in big numbers, India with the second largest mobility requirement after China doesn- t have any meaningful fleet of an electric bus in India.

- Electric mobility sits at the intersection of electricity and mobility and provides an extension to clean energy. We believe that electric buses have similar characteristics to renewable energy in terms of financing and cash flows.

- We have secured a co-operation arrangement with one of the world's largest electric vehicle manufacturer for the Indian market. We successfully test ran our first electric bus on Manali Rohtang route, which is the highest route for an electric bus in the world.

- Electric mobility deployment presents a unique opportunity to build a large multi-billion-dollar enterprise. With our scale in Renewable energy, we want to build the technology, marketing and distribution network that allows us to grow rapidly and have the highest market share

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for lead generation/ prospecting and Sales funnel management

- Key account management and maintain customer relationships

- Geographic sales

- Channel Management: Operators/ strategic partnerships & engagements

- Engage with stus to influence specifications with support from concerned BU

- Develop and manage corporate relationships

- Responsibility for generating sales and meeting AOP

- Responsible for payment collections

- Commercial negotiations

- Develop a relationship with various OEMs

- Follow sales process

- Gaining market intelligence

- Support, plan and organize marketing events with support from the marketing team

- Represent the organization in various industry events

- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base

- Provide accurate sales forecasting for demand planning

- Ownership of sales figures for various business units

- To work cross-functionally and influence others through strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Provide continuous feedback to product and operations department on customer needs
