NMIMS - Performance Marketing Role (2-4 yrs)
This incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all major touchpoints at NMIMS.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with the Manager - Performance and Head of Marketing to plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Paid Social Media promotions and Programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Media agency to strategize, plan and implement Brand & Performance campaigns across numerous touch points.
- Measure, Optimize and Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against the set goals (website visits, leads, registrations etc.).
- Identify the latest trends and insights, and optimize budgets and performance based on those insights.
- Be hands-on with working on numerous tools and panels - Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Double Click Ad Manager etc.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly campaign trackers. Prepare weekly & monthly campaign performance reports.
- Ensure adherence by all stake holders to plan guidelines of the university

Skills & Competencies
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities
- Demonstrable experience of managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and Programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Working Knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Solid Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.
Requirements -
Education & work experience
- Graduate or PG/MBA
- Google Certification or a Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputable institute will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of working in an agency/brand handling online media campaigns work or digital marketing.
- Experience in managing performance-marketing campaigns, paid search and paid social campaigns, will be an added advantage.
