NMIMS - Manager - Career Services (6-12 yrs)
Introduction :
NGASCE offers Management Education programs to working executives across industry verticals. We currently are the largest in the country with 1.25Lakhs active students. In addition to management programs, NGASCE offers Career Services programs to students.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Build alliances with corporates for placement opportunities
- Drive adoption of Career Services programs within the NGASCE student community through Sales, marketing and Channel teams.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of the services as per slated SLAs
- Monitor effectiveness and quality of services
- Understand & analyse industry expectations
- About skill levels of students from a NGASCE program standpoint.
- Create Alumni Services and drive Alumni activities and interactions
- Facilitate Interaction with industry bodies and associations for synergistic interaction and leveraging strengths for mutual benefit.
Qualification :
- MBA/Post Graduate in Management/ Graduate
Experience :
- 6+ years in sales and operations experience preferably from Recruitment Industry, HR and Management Consulting industry
