NMIMS Global - Executive - Sales - Career Service (2-5 yrs)
1. Execution of Career Service modules of NMIMS Online for the enrolled students from various programs .
2. Co-ordinate with vendors, faculties, trainers, coaches etc. for delivering Career Service modules.
3. Understand and capture students' expertise and identify relevant jobs
4. On-board hiring partners and liaison with them to schedule job interviews for students enrolled in Career Service program.
5. Manage student expectations, queries and build testimonials
6. Connect with students and guide them on various modules of Career Service program.
7. Maintain MIS report for the activities conducted
Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Management Degree preferred, but not compulsory
Experience:
- Between 3- 5 years in successful business development and delivery experience with recruitment firms.
- Must have experience in sourcing jobs and fulfilling the job mandates.
