NMIMS - Admissions Coordinator/Sales Professional (1-15 yrs)
Purpose
- The Admissions Coordinator has specific responsibility for student admissions, coordination of application processing, admissions support services for all programs and co-ordination with the sales front end to ensure smooth admission process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Circulation of information's relating to admission to Sales Team.
- Co-ordination with LC's & IC's for all Admissions related concern
- Acting as link between Sales and centralized admission for resolving all issues of students relating to admission.
- Co-ordination with centers relating to admission and ensuring timely submission of document received at center to admission department.
- Forwarding the list of all admitted students for all programs in every admission cycle to all concerned.
- Issuance of bonafide certificates as and when requested.
- Processing all validity extension cases
- Processing and getting the changes done from Admission department w.r.t. Program changes, center changes, student data changes. Any other details in admission data.
- Scrutiny of all admission related documents of students to ensure that only eligible candidates are admitted in the programs.
- Maintaining records of admission forms and related documents at admission department of all admitted students in every admission cycle
- Submitting all necessary reports as required by the school and University from time to time
- Maintaining updated admission data in system
- Coordinating with students and or center on critical admission related cases
- Providing necessary support to the student support department
Qualification :
- Graduate /Post Graduate
Experience :
- 5 to 7 years of experience in coordination, handling, organizing and conducting activities in general administration in the relevant field, with good communication skills.
