NMG Technologies - Sales Coordinator (0-3 yrs)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes across departments to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process improvement, workflow management, and the ability to implement system changes that drive productivity and minimize inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis : Review and analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Process Optimization : Work cross-functionally to implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Documentation : Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring that all workflows are clearly outlined and easy to follow.
Implementation of New Systems : Design and implement new procedures, systems, or tools that align with business objectives and improve overall operational efficiency.
Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, customer service) to ensure processes are aligned across the organization.
Training and Support : Provide training to staff on new or updated processes, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent application of procedures.
Monitoring & Reporting : Track the success of implemented processes, gather feedback, and create reports on performance metrics to measure improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in process coordination, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to analyze data and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience in developing and maintaining process documentation.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Certification in process management or improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
