Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Google Sheets and Excel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets, automating processes, and providing support to our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets for various purposes, including data analysis, reporting, and project management.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Create custom formulas, macros, and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Design visually appealing dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and findings.
- Collaborate with team members to understand their data needs and provide technical support and training as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Google Sheets and Excel to continuously improve our processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Experience with Google Apps Script or Microsoft VBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
