NMG Technologies - Executive - International Business Development (1-5 yrs)
NMG Technologies is looking to grow its sales team for which a Business Development Executive has a critical role. You will be responsible for:
5 days working sat & Sunday fixed off.
- Main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers.
- Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely
- Should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
- Required to understand the customers requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Answering phones and explaining the Online Programming courses and services
- Suggesting solutions based on customer needs.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Required Candidate Skills :
- Must have interacted with US / UK clients or persons
- Excellent communication skills
- Good MS office skills ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word etc)
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role - Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Any graduate
