Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand client needs and Offering Solutions and Support.
- Manage Potential Client Queries and timely Follow up.
- Coordination with team and clients.
- Familiarize yourself with the Services provided by the company.
- Taking Feedback from the clients.
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Identify Potential Clients and the decision makers within the client organization
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Skills Required :
- Good listening and Problem solving skills
- Highly Motivated and result oriented
- Tech Friendly
- Should have good communication skills
- Experience with MS Office(Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Strong Presentation, Communication, Multitasking and time management skills
- Laptop is Mandatory
