We currently operate in 4 major business lines :

- Niyo Bharat - a prepaid salary card and basic digital banking product for blue-collar workers.

- Niyo Global - a zero-forex markup travel card that works anywhere in the world

- NiyoX - co-branded savings account with industry-best interest rates, 0 maintenance fee and other exciting features.

- Niyo Money - a wealth management platform with 0 commission mutual funds, domestic stocks, and more.

About the role :


We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales officers & managers to join our team at Niyo Global. They will be responsible for engaging existing leads from channel partners premises or develop new channel partners or leverage existing customer funnel for upselling in separate roles.

Location : Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad & Kochi.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive sales in from either channel partner or develop new channels. This might include team handling as well.

- Actively participate in sales training programs and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Provide timely feedback to the team regarding market preferences, market trends & competitor activities.

- Ensure compliance with all product & company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- 0 to 5 years of experience in retail finance or corporate sales. B2C/B2B hunting experience advantage.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with team management acumen.

- Ability to engage with customers, bank partner & internal stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of Forex cards or any other banking or fin-tech product will be an added advantage.
