Job Description:

As an Agency Manager at NivaBupa Health Insurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the Chandigarh region. Your primary focus will be on recruiting, training, and motivating agents to perform at their best while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents to effectively represent NivaBupa Health Insurance and promote its products and services.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation in the assigned territory.

3. Provide continuous support, guidance, and mentoring to agents to help them improve their sales skills and achieve their individual goals.

4. Monitor the performance of agents, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall team productivity and efficiency.

5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide feedback to agents to foster their professional growth and development.

6. Build strong relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all aspects of business operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in the health insurance sector.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Package: Estimated salary range of 3-4 lakhs per annum, including incentives and benefits.
