NITCO TILES - Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Direct sales of NITCO Tiles to Architects, Builders, Contractors, Govt. organisations like CPWD, NDMC, PWD, DDA, ONGC, LIC, MES etc.
- The primary role is to canvass for sale of Nitco Tiles to past, present & future customers.
- Must plan convincing sales pitches to potential clients.
- Must develop a strong relationship with clients.
- Also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Products include concrete pavers, terrazzo tiles, marble & GFRG, Formglas Canada, American Terrazzo.
- Thorough knowledge of the market, customer base & competitive products & competitors.
- New Business Development
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers and company's leaders/Principals.
- Business Development Planning
- Strategic planning is a key part of this job in order to develop the pipeline of new business coming to the company.
- Visit industry events, conferences & trade fairs.
- Using knowledge of the market & competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
