Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation - Manager - Strategic Partnerships (3-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Colleagues : Collaborate closely and supervise managers, give guidance and direction in the planning and execution of strategic partnership tasks, ensuring alignment with the foundation's goals and objectives.
Revenue Generation : Identify, cultivate, and maintain connections with corporations, foundations, and philanthropists to secure CSR funding, donations, and grants.
Research, Documentation, and Reporting : Thoroughly document strategic partnership findings and generate comprehensive reports to monitor progress and assess impact. Methodically monitor, evaluate, and communicate CSR partnership outcomes, including critical KPIs:
- Annual secured sponsorship value
- Alignment percentage between foundation projects and corporate CSR goals
- Timeliness and quality of CSR impact reports
Basic Analysis : Engage in basic analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the execution of strategic partnerships.
Corporate Liaison : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and support. Identify local NGOs, community groups, and other grassroots organisations for potential collaboration.
Alignment : Work closely with corporate sponsors to ensure that foundation projects resonate with their CSR goals and objectives.
Financial Expertise : Must have knowledge of project financials, including budgeting, cost analysis, and revenue generation. Ensure that project finances are managed effectively to maximise revenue.
Market Trends : Stay updated with current market trends, emerging CSR practices, and industry benchmarks to ensure that CSR initiatives remain relevant and effective.
Client Pitching : Develop and deliver persuasive pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value and impact of foundation projects and securing sponsorships.
Target-Based Tasks : Set and achieve sponsorship targets, leveraging your skills and resources to meet and exceed established goals.
Presentation Skills : Create persuasive presentations and pitches, customising the foundation's value proposition to align with the unique interests and requirements of potential donors.
Delegating Tasks and Managing the Team : Delegate tasks to reportees, manage the team's workflow, and ensure effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
Extensive Traveling : Must be willing to travel extensively to engage with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse budgets and generate revenue.
- Strong understanding of government processes and partnership dynamics.
- Knowledge of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and any project management tools.
