Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation - CSR Manager (4-12 yrs)
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporations, foundations, and philanthropists to secure CSR funding, donations, and grants.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve fundraising targets, continuously seeking new opportunities for revenue generation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential corporate sponsors and donors.
- Engage with potential donors through meetings, presentations, and networking events to secure commitments and contributions.
- Negotiate funding agreements and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Thoroughly document strategic partnership findings and generate comprehensive reports to monitor progress and assess impact. Methodically monitor, evaluate, and communicate CSR partnership outcomes, including critical KPIs:
- Annual secured sponsorship value
- Alignment percentage between foundation projects and corporate CSR goals
- Timeliness and quality of CSR impact reports
- Identify local NGOs, community groups, and other grassroots organisations for potential collaboration.
- Must know project financials, including budgeting, cost analysis, and revenue generation. Ensure that project financials are managed effectively to maximise revenue.
- Stay updated with current market trends, emerging CSR practices, and industry benchmarks to ensure that CSR initiatives remain relevant and effective.
- Create persuasive presentations and pitches, customising the foundation's value proposition to align with the unique interests and requirements of potential donors.
- Must be willing to travel extensively to engage with stakeholders.
