As a Sales Executive for Nirogam, your responsibilities will be to develop new leads, pursue new sales prospects, handle conversations with customers, ensure customer satisfaction with cross selling and upselling opportunities and provide sales support. You should be able to build rapport and achieve customer satisfaction to close sales and meet monthly sale targets and daily calling targets.

What will you do ?

Client and Customer Management :

- Enroll yourself to what the organisation intends to achieve, express through its product and services.

- Source new sales opportunities through research, lead follow-up, cold calls and emails.

- Organise the sales visit, educate customers about the products, establish new business and maintain lasting relationships

- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

- Achieve monthly/ quarterly targets.

- Work with channel partners to build pipelines.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences and or other new platforms that may emerge like on line exhibitions, community development measures based on the product need..

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Process & Data Management : 

- Maintain Leads/ customers/ prospects related data

- Develop a database of prospective client companies in the area of operation assigned.

- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic/ sales approaches

Market Analysis : 

- Stay market savvy with knowledge of available products that can compliment and complete with Nirogam products

- Be market savvy through attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and being active in professional societies and networks.

Required Skills and Qualification :

Technical Competencies : 

- Any Bachelor's degree

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and generale comfort of working on systems/ platforms

- Excellent phone and cold calling skills, customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Behavioural Competencies : 

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - isn't afraid to ask questions and get answers.

- Can listen attentively and present information effectively - deep listening to what lies behind people's reasons

- Demonstrable ability to lead - ensure sales team is developed over time and same is justified by sales numbers

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills - speak and manage data effectively for greater outcomes for the organisation. team and cross functional seamlessness

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects - bigger the responsibility bigger the gains

- Always be Coachable - willing to unlearn, relearn
