Niro - Executive - Customer Support (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support through emails, phone calls, and chats.
- Help in improving processes that always optimize the better customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and work towards any solution ideal for the issue.
- Must gain product understanding for assisting customers thoroughly to resolve their issues.
- Understand customer pain points and highlight their feature requests to improve the product.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
- Should be an active listener.
- Enthusiastic and energetic - willing to work in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up.
- Ability to maintain high standards of work, in high-pressure situations
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Experience tracking and analyzing case progress.
- Candidate must have used CRM.
- 3-4 years of work experience Preferably in the Financial Lending Domain.
- Willing to learn new things and pro-activeness.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Highly customer-centric.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and any other south Indian language would require.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
