Responsibilities:

- Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

- Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of customer/partner escalations, enquiries and complaints from external and internal customers/partners

- Contacting customers and presentation of the current services

- Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being met

- Ensure sales targets are achieved

- Directly interacting with stakeholders to bridge communication gaps and effective utilization of monthly meets

- Accurate & timely submission of reports - weekly/monthly/ad hoc

Requirements:

- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field

- Should have an experience of working in IT industry

- Practical experience in a similar position advantageous

- Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Goal- and customer-orientation

- Ability to individually relate and respond to each customer's demands
