Key Responsibilities :
- Multifaceted Content Creation.
- Craft written content for blogs, website, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
- Create compelling carousel posts for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring they are informative and visually engaging.
- Develop content for cross-posting on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, tailored to each platform's audience and format.
Technical Writing :
- Write technical articles and guides that reflect Nirmitee.io's expertise in IT product engineering, healthcare technology, and other related areas.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and reader-friendly content.
SEO and Analytics :
- Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Coordination :
- Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and material for content creation.
- Coordinate with the social media team to ensure timely and effective posting of content.
Content Strategy and Branding :
- Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's voice, style, and quality across all content.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content types, including technical writing.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content management systems.
- Proficiency in creating content for social media, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, including carousel posts.
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, with the ability to write about technical topics clearly and accurately.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
