Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the RFQ/RFP/Requirements from prospective customers and owning the proposals from scratch to delivery with support from delivery teams
2. Tracking RFPs and maintenance of RFP dashboard
3. Handling repository maintenance
4. Proactively looking for creative ways to position Solution by incorporating specific industry/domain expertise and business/functional knowledge
5. Ability to collaborate with sales teams, Technology Teams (SMEs) and customers
6. Build and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date bid materials and templates
7. Responding to tenders/proposals (in the form of RFP/RFI/RFQ)
8. Helping Solution team with SOW & POC creation
9. Edit content/perform quality writing and create impactful proposals
10. Collaborate with proposal section owners and subject matter contributors to assist in improving communications impact and proposal content quality
11. Collaborate with other stakeholders, including Proposal Owner, CoE, Sales and Delivery team members
12. Perform editing and proofreading and perform quality check for client deliverables
Skills Required :
1. Should have decent technical experience in one of the technology stream not limited to:
2. Application Development (Application management, Content management) Cloud (AWS/Azure)
3. Business Intelligence
4. ERP/CRM
5. Should have passion to read and learn about new technology trends and bring them to practice
6. Prior experience in pre-sales
7. Experience in Bid management will be a plus
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
