Nirmaan - Senior Manager - Business Development (2-10 yrs)
We are a young startup looking to revolutionize the commercial construction industry in India, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated B2B Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with architect firms, commercial construction companies and coworking operators that can benefit from our innovative services.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers in the commercial construction industry to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate potential customers about our services
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, project management, and procurement, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial interiors industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
