Nirmaan - Manager - Sales (1-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- End-to-end sales (Lead Generation, Business Strategy Development, Scheduling Appointments, Demonstrating the products, and closing the deal).
- Lead the sales process from origination to closure, ensuring successful outcomes for the organization.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve high revenue.
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads.
- Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Ensure close coordination between Sales & Marketing, Plant operations and Finance.
- Act as a link by sharing best practices, which can improve Sales, Sales Force, Recruitment rate and productivity.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Continually evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
- Should be comfortable going on the field and traveling at the assigned area allocated.
- Also will be involved in the screening of potential deals by analysis of market strategies, details of deal requirements as well as financials.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
