Roles and Responsibilities :

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and challenges. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback. Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Attend client meetings, actively engage with clients, and Creating sales plans to generate revenue.

- Represent our company, adeptly communicating the comprehensive range of services we offer.

- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding client accounts and increasing revenue

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and revenue forecasts.
