Role/Designation : Area Manager - TCS Projects, Karnataka
Location : Bangalore
Education : Any Degree (Regular) & MBA (preferably)
Experience : 10 to 15 years
Industry preferences : Waterproofing, Construction chemicals, Tile adhesives, Building materials
Language : Kannada, Hindi & English
Gender Preference : Male
Age : Upto 38 years
CTC Range : Upto INR 18 lacs per annum
Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Project sales in the assigned Area with effective team management :
- To achieve the Business Plan and increase market share.
- Identifying the Projects and Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the Customer.
- Main task is to Develop trust and long term relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Acquiring thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Manages small number of customers with high value base and takes it as "My account" with high involvement.
- Manages and builds business relationship with service providers/applicators for servicing.
- Measures Customer Lifetime Value.
- Segmenting the Customers and revamping/realigning.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues and challenges faced by customers and sort the complaints immediately to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Works with the team.
- Develops new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the Business Plan. (BP)
- Organizes material and coordinates between customer/company/contractor.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves
Desired Candidate Profile (Skills Sets) :
- Effective Team handling experience for minimum 5 years
- Good at Team management, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills
- To be Result Oriented, Go Getter
- Good at Analytical skills
- Graduate preferably with MBA and with minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in building industry or similar industry, working under Major & Medium projects sales.
- Ambitious and result oriented with good communication skills.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Establishing personal networks
- Benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
