Job description : 

Roles and Responsibilities : 

1. Need to approach new customers for business development.

2. Achieve individual targets/KRA in his/her sales territory.

3. Develop strong relationships with customers.

4. Responsible for to Develop a realistic and accurate sales pipeline.

5. Ensue timely AR collection.

6. Develop and market integrated intermodal logistics solutions.

7. Primary focus on Revenue Growth from the handled portfolio, and look out for new opportunity.

8. Identifying new business opportunities for Up Selling/Cross Selling of various logistics products.

9. Act as a key point of contact for all the customers in the business unit.

10. Handling day to day customer escalations and providing prompt solution.

11. Meet and exceed overall sales revenue and profitability for warehouse/distribution goals set forth by management.

12. Negotiate with clients and prepare/manage rate quotations, proposals and other sales materials.

13. Good Knowledge of Sales & good relations with customers.

14. Responsible for sales & Business Development

15. Knowledge of Shipping Bill Filing, Advance BOE (Bill of Entry) Filing, BOE amendment, Timely Customs Duty Payment, Customs Duty refund, HS Codes allocation.

16. Preparing and checking documents for upcoming shipments & taking DO from shipping lines and check free days for smooth delivery to customers.

17. Ensure container should return within free times to shipping lines and follow up with shipping lines for security refund.

18. Knowledge of AFR Filing & IGM Filing on ODeX, DO request & DO download through ODex.

19. Need to prepare DSR & share with customer on daily basis.

20. Quotation preparation for customers based on received Query/RFQ.

21. Invoice preparation for customers for their shipments after job completion/delivery of shipments.

22. Coordination with CHA, Customs Officers, Shipping Line, GDL / India Railway and internal stake holders.

23. Responsible for coordination with vendor and proper execution of packing (Auto Parts, Dies & Machines etc.)

24. Responsible to keep good relationship with customers and other stake holders.

Required Candidate profile : 

1. Candidate preferred from automobile Industry/desk

2. Someone who has worked in a CHA Firm who is taking care of end to end import and export Documentation (Including customs clearance process for FCL, LCL, DG LCL, DG FCL, Air Shipments, Import and Export of Baggage Shipments.)

3. Must have good contacts with Shipping lines & Air Lines for taking Freight negotiation.

4. Must have good contacts with CHAs, Transporters, Packing vendors.

5. Must have good knowledge of Packing for automobile components.

6. Proven track record in Sales and Business Development.

7. Must have good hands-on MS Power Point, Advance Excel & MS word
