Nimesa - Sales Administration Role (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Sales Admin to support our sales team in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of sales processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations within the IT industry and is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer relations, data management, and technology sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Process and manage sales orders in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
CRM Management :
- Update and maintain customer and sales records in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and dashboards for management.
- Assist with tracking customer interactions and opportunities.
Customer Communication :
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding sales orders and product information.
- Help coordinate customer meetings and follow-ups.
Administrative Support :
- Manage documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales-related materials.
- Organize and file digital documents in relevant databases.
- Assist in managing sales calendars and scheduling meetings.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the IT and Sales teams to ensure product knowledge and service updates are aligned.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Education : Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills :
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in handling sales data and documentation.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet.
