Role Overview :

Nimbbl is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients in the payment domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, a deep understanding of the fintech industry, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

- Understand client's; business objectives and challenges and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure client success and retention.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to key clients.

- Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

- Represent Nimbbl at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

Requirement :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert leads into sales, and close deals

- Educate customers on our payment solutions and services

- Sales management skills with the ability to manage the sales process from start to finish

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or an MBA Marketing, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a similar program)

- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

- Familiarity with payments and fintech is a plus
