We at Nimbbl are hiring for Key Account Manager.

Job Location : Mumbai

Role :

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients in the payment domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, a deep understanding of the fintech industry, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

- Understand client's business objectives and challenges and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure client success and retention.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to key clients.

- Monitor key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention rates, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to management.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

- Represent Nimbbl at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

Requirement :

- Must have sales experience with payments and fintech space.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert leads into sales, and close deals.

- Educate customers on our payment solutions and services.

- Sales management skills with the ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or an MBA Marketing, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a similar program).
