Client Servicing Manager will work to ensure client satisfaction. They are the primary point of contact for a client. Their job tasks include directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of the required services, related inquiries, and social media marketing. They may also streamline business operations, provide product training to customers, discuss technical aspects of a product, and oversee marketing campaigns.

1) Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.

2) Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well.

3) Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.

4) Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services.

5) Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.

Requirements:

1) Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this profile.

2) Excellent knowledge in power point presentation.

3) Deal with Customer queries regarding SEO-SMO.

4) Work with existing clients and up-sell and cross-sell services to them.

5) Manage accounts, customer retention, and customer acquisition.

6) Develop a sales contact plan for marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
