Nikon - Sales & Application Specialist (5-10 yrs)
- Core Role is to promote Digital Microscope in Biopharma/R & Institution/universities.
- Effectively influence customers on available product line to the target customer .
- Manage and prioritize technical engagements in the field to drive sales volume.
- Support team members in customer engagement activities as appropriate.
- Drive innovative sales technique to achieve sales targets including handling of presentation independently to customers .
- Compile and analyze Voice of Customer to identify unmet customer needs and pain points.
- Understand and communicate competitive landscape and potential for future products and services to higher management .
- Maintain a current understanding of industry trends by attending scientific conferences, trade shows and reviewing literature, and communicate findings accordingly, ability to handle demo's /seminars independently.
- Knowledge of CRM like SFDC will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India as per requirement.
- Tender Participation & follow up / Payment follow up.
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with targeted key accounts.
