1. Gain understanding of the language colloquial to users and translate existing chats, communications and support content in user friendly Hindi.
2. Work with Multiple teams like product, marketing, support and user Insights and build the right and required content for targeted Hindi user base.
3. Research and contribute to deeper understanding of the script usage among Hindi user base.
4. Design feedback loop and work on it loop to improve the content with time.
5. Should be ready to take up new initiatives in the domain as and when required
6. Understand product USP's and maintain a cohesive brand voice in content and communications
Skills :
- Experience in working in a B2C environment is a plus
- Min 1-2 years of experience of working in a similar role is a must
- Excellent writing & understanding of Hindi and English as a language is a must
- Data orientation and ability to define data driven measurement of content effectiveness
- Delivering high quality content while meeting deadlines
- Experience using content management systems like wordpress preferred
- Candidate should be a fast learner.
- Proficiency in excel will be a plus.
